I don't see the need to write a whole procedure on the doors, the
procedure in the Workshop Manual and the service bulletin for
adjusting the internal linkage is about as good as it gets. There is a
lot that is written on the doors, from the torsion bars, to the
struts, to the anchor pins, upgraded handles, window regulators, door
pulls, etc. Maybe someday someone will pull it all togther into one
folder over at dmcnews. In the meantime if you don't force the doors
and they are properly adjusted (and you upgrade or disconnect the door
lock module) the doors are very reliable. You will have to replace the
struts once in a while and the plastic outside door handle is prone to
break.
