BTW:  for anyone adverse to quaint old fashioned  analog  
communications, although the Eisenhower Hotel  doesn't have true  
online reservations, they do have an email form on their website, and  
it works great for DCS registration. There is a place for notes where  
you can let them know that it is for DCS.  They were very prompt and  
courteous in responding, and I got a confirmation email from them in  
no time.
