I had these too and they contributed to a LARGE water leak in the
rain and when washing the car. It took me well over a year to find
the cause of the leaks. Go buy a fiberglass repair kit and just
fiberglass right over the top of the holes, and they spraypaint the
area black.
You'll be amazed how quieter the interior will be when driving
without those open holes.
