There should be no runnability issues that can not be overcome. You will need to recurve your distributor back to the stock setting so it fully advances. that is probably the most hidden change. Of course you will also need to buy stock manifolds and muffler. Plug the oil drains into the pan. If you are going to put it back totally to stock you would need to relocate the alternator and replace the stock water pipe that was modified for the conversion. The alternator and piping can be left modified with no issues. Feel free to contact me privately if you have any questions as I have done the Island conversion and can lead you backwards if desired.
