The cause is probably the same thing that was soaking the passenger side. Even if you have blown the drain tube out previously there may still have been some leftover debris that blocked it again. Or sometines the hose gets kinked, or is not lined up correctly in the hole. You should buy and install a new drain tube and see if that corrects your issue.
