Before you condemn the pump, check the inertia switch down by the service interval counter. If it is not tripped, find the RPM relay in the relay compartment. It is a black Bosch piece that this about 2 1/2" long plugged into a six-position recepticle. Make a jumper from four inches of #12 or 14 wire with two crimp-on 1/4" blade connectors. Remove the RPM relay from the recepticle and jumper from the corner where the brown wires come in, across to the corner where the white/purple wires go out. The pump should run. If it does not, leave the jumper in and find out why.
