[DML] Antique plates in Virginia

Well, I did it. Since my car was due for inspection next month I decided to
get my antique plates. Cost only $13.00. The women also told me that if I
had brought in my old vanity plates they would have rebated me $12.50. No
more inspections, yahooo.
