You must have knocked something loose changing the filter. A good guess
is the replacement CO plug in the adjustment access hole. (Boy, this is
starting to be an obsession.) Be sure that hole is stopped up with
something-even duct tape-and look around for the brass wire loop with a
rubber plug on the end.
