[DML] Thermal properties of the overflow bottle???

Hello all, 

I was wondering if any of you know how the water bottle acts at 
operating temperature. Does it expand considerably? I am working on a 
mod for the stock bottle that would render it indestructible (pending 
tests) even at very high temps and at a very low cost. Also if you all 
could contribute your observations of the overflow bottles most common 
failure modes that would be very helpful. Thanks!
