[DML] Re: DCS 2006 - Dan Ryan Construction

Going to DCS 2006, there is absolutely NO reason to be driving on the 
Dan Ryan (I-90/94) south of the downtown Chicago for any reason from 
anywhere you could be coming from, unless you happen to live IN the 
south side of Chicago. Take the I-294 tollway around the city, and take 
I-88 or North Avenue/IL64 across to the west. 

This will not be a problem.
