[DML] Re: Front end alignment specs

I found the Delorean bulletin NUMBER ST-34-1/82.  I hope this is the 
latest.  I forwarded it to the alignment shop.  I also cautioned them 
about the TAB shims (not to use soft aftermarket shims), and hinted at 
not touching them unless the alignment is off.
