[DML] Mysterious Buzzing Sound & Brake Light Problem

I have a mysterious buzzing sound emanating from the firewall area of my DeLorean.  It continues after the ignition is turned off.  I have disconnected the battery but it starts again when reconnected.  I am at a loss for a possible cause.  Any idea would be appreciated.

The brake light indicator lamp is constantly on in my instrument panel but the emergency brake is not engaged.  Could these be related?
