The Bosch catalog lists the fuel distributor for the DeLorean as a FD46X. Although many Bosch fuel injection parts are shared with several cars this is a unique part number to the DeLorean and doesn't appear anywhere else in the catalog. I know many owners have used other fuel distributors with no apparent problems and I have no idea why the DeLorean had it's own fuel distributor ID number. Anyone have a clue as to the differences?
