When installing a NOS rear fascia, I with the assistance of my father just put one side in, then proceeded to gently lift and pop the other side in. The I made rubber spacers to make the fascia flush with the stainless. I actually found it amazingly easy. Took under an hour including disassembly & reinstall, and cleaning behind fascia.
