[DML] Buzzing!

Hi
  I dont get that buzzing noise when the key is in the ignition and the seatbelt is off. Was just wondering if there is any easy thing to look at to fix it. I have noticed a wire from the drivers belt latch, seems ok.
  Doesnt bother me that it doesnt work, but I want a fully functioning dmc!
