I would have to agree with Rich.
When I bought my D in 2000 I was seeing labor rates of around $60/hour.
Now I'm being quoted $90 - $100. This will certainly exaggerate the
price to restore a beater to something that is usable.
In my limited experience, working with just one car, even $25K is a
conservative figure
