[DML] Upgrading horns.

I am sick of people not seeing me or hearing my horn!  I would like to 
update the horns and found a pair of 139db horns that draw 15 amps for the 
pair.  However, I dont want to do any damage to the stock electronics.  I 
would like to know what I need to do to be safe and I am curious what 
amperage the stock horns draw.

I am not an expert on electronics so please walk me through it.  I have and 
know how to use a multimeter though.
