That's great!!  It's not even my car and I'm still a little happier
this morning when I hear that you found the problem :)
I didn't even think of someone lugging the engine during the test. 
Ack, it's so simple...  At least the final fix was inexpensive. :)
Just out of curiosity, could you post your final numbers?  For a
reference.
