I contacted RedLine - neither. You should use the 75W90NS product. Since this is a transaxle, it needs to have the correct hypoid-spec lube for the differential. In Redline's term, NS denotes "Not for Non Slip". Yeah -a double negative but it's what it means. Their comment was that if you put their normal 75W90 stuff in there, it is too slick for the syncros to work properly. I've also had very good luck with the Valvoline Full Synthetic 75W90 gear lube. It's not any cheaper than Red Line, but it's probably easier to find. You need almost a whole gallon for manual trans, so you're going to be spending about $40 on a gear lube change.
