You can look at the torsion bar to see if it is broken. It is the bar that runs across the top of the door past the rear hinge. Not likely it is broken but possible. More common is a worn out strut. Just switch it with the other door and see what happens. There is also a strut test over at dmcnews.com to check if you just need struts or a torsion bar adjustment or both. If the struts are over 5 years old just replace them both on the doors. Right now I would try a set from Toby. His are supposed to be temperture compensating so the doors won't sag when it gets cold and they won't fly up when it is hot.
