[DML] Mystery Oil

Hi,
After getting my D back from having all the gaskets and seals changed 
out, my mechanic suggested that I should add one half pint of Marvel 
Mystery Oil to the gas after every four tank fills. He says that it 
puts a protective film one some of the metal parts of the throttle 
that are exposed to gasoline which keeps the gas from eating away at 
it.

Does anyone have any thoughts about this?
