Is the same Castrol DOT4 brake fluid which I use for the Clutch also
recommended for the brakes?

Before you go for the expensive replacement seats you might want to try
going over to Leatherique.com. They make products that can salvage the
leather if it is not torn. Another inexpensive alternative would be
seatcovers. As for the clutch you need to replace the master and slave
cylinders and if the car doesn't have the braided steel line replace the
plastic line too. Flush the brake fluid in the brakes too.
In fact you should replace ALL the fluids and filters in the car.
