[DML] FanZilla versus the Ebay competitor for Fan Controller Idle Stall

I was looking around for a fix for the Idle Stall (as it always seems 
to happen to me), and have found what seems to be a competitor to 
FanZilla, but it bypasses the fuse relay. 

Has anyone used such an Item, or should I spring for the FanZilla?
