[DML] Reinstalling Air manifold

As soon as my new bolts arrive I'm reinstalling my intake manifold.

What is the best order for reinstallation of components?

Plug wires on the plugs and injector hoses on injectors, pulled away from
center of engine?  Then intake, etc?
