[DML] Was Re: "Cocaine in Car?" NOW turn signals were faded and not yellow enough."

I have heard about the faded turn signal problem but I  believe I have seen 
some new cars that had turn signals with clear lenses and  white bulbs.  Is 
this how they come or is someone just not putting in amber  bulbs?
