I showed this to an anime-loving friend of mine.  He

The translation on this one is "Deep-sea party
long-reach animated picture"

It looks more like a video game than a pachinko game,
not that I have any extensive knowledge of pachinko. 
But if it is a game....what a really bizarre game! 
That number 5 is tough!
