Google has been indexing TV shows for a while now,
based on the closed caption.  Along with the text of
the program (you can search it), they also have random
screen shots of the show.

It seems to only display 5 segments at a time, but you
can search the entire show for various terms.  A few I
tried are "Rick", "Rich", "Don", "DeLorean", "Frank",
"hover".

I dont see any way to display the entire program.  :(
