Charles, Be very careful, Carb cleaner if it gets to any o rings can swell
them. Especially in the fuel distributor where it can set.
We just rebuilt a distributor for shop that the customer but a lot of carb
cleaner in the gas and swelled the O Rings in the Bentley.

Subject: [DML] Clean out fuel distributor?
The car has not been run for a year. I cleaned the tank. I have all the fuel
lines off as I am doing the water pump. Can I -should I spray carb cleaner
in the distributor or will it implode. It sure smells of old gas.
