I would imagine, based on what I do know about the DMCH engine
upgrade, that they dont' offer the upgrade as a DIY kit because of
liability.  I believe that the update is much more than just bolting
on cams, and requires some expert tuning and tweaking in order to get
the cams and other parts working properly.
