Yes, If it still has the original plug you will have to drill it out.

I tried inserting the idle wrench into the hole, but there is a piece of
metal in the way, like it came from the factory like that. I made a post on
Tamirs forum and i got a response that you have to drill the metal to get
the idle wrench down. Let me know, thanks
