A/C for defrost is true for new cars, but not for ours. Otherwise your
fans would run and you'd hear the compressor kick in when you put the
defroster on. I had the same problem-I fixed the air leak in the back
of the A/C box [see tech section on DMCNEWS] and it didn't fog up as
much. Then when I removed my dash I noticed large slits under each of
the defroster ducts, once I put some RTV over these I had a great deal
of air coming through the defrosters-like it should. No more fog. -----
