Search the DML archives - there have been reports of failures while driving with
some nasty consequences.
The trailing arms locate the rear suspension. The trailing arm bolts attach the
trailing arms to the underbody. If the TAB fails, the rear wheel on that side
goes into immetiate severe toe out. There aren't many drivers out there who
can handle that situation at speed.
