Chances are, what we have here is a positive wire from the lighting system
lightly touching the ground somewhere.
This might have happened while pulling the light fixtures out to install the
LED's.
Could be the one of the little tongs inside one of the lights has been push
over
and it shorting out to the other side, or could be a defectively wired LED
light.
I would check all the LED bulbs first.
