You're going to have to do better than this. I do not know of what
part you are reffering to when you say "thermistor" in reference to
the evaporator coil. Perhaps you mean "Orifice tube"? The 2 main
reasons for the A/C not to cycle is:
1 improper amount of refrigerent
2 defective or out-of-adjustment low pressure switch.
Of course many other things can cause the system to not cycle. Dirty
coils or not enough airflow can also affect the cycling. Replacing the
orifice tube is "a big deal". You have to remove the refrigerent.
