[DML] Fixing the clock..

So, a fellow DML'er took me up on my offer to try and
fix his clock. 

Who knew this clock design was a custom job?!  

Anyway, it looks like the display itself is broken. 
The part is made by Futaba, and is stamped 4-BT-02S. 
Best I can tell, it is a custom made (or since
discontinued) display.

By chance, does anyone have a data sheet on this part?
