Mike,
Remove the 4 philips head screws under the bars that hold the cargo net (may be
hex head if replaced from original). Then lift up slightly & out on the vertical
wall to get over two "z" brackets that are under a little metal bar on the back
side of the wall. That's it.

I know someone asked this a few days ago but just how does the 
vertical part of the pasenger shelf come off to access the lower 
engine cover hinge bolts?? :)
