[DML] Fan Fix Dual 2 x 2 wiring

JOhn Hervey or group,

I just bought the Fan Fix Dual 2 x 2, and wired it this morning.  
However, on the plug with the orange wiring, there's a single wire 
also attached to the left orange wire (facing the relay compartment), 
that is red with a black stripe.  The blade connector for this wire 
was not in the plug. Perhaps it slipped out.  Which space in this plug 
does this wire go?  Below the orange wires, or above it?
