I redyed my carpets with stuff I bought from Leatherique. I am not
entirely satisfied with the result. I had much better results with the
leather seating surfaces. The dye is off-color and it leaves the
carpet feeling stiff and lifeless. My recomendation is to use a carpet
cleaner/steamer with some detergent and mildew remover. You should
remove the carpeting from the car, ALL of it including the parts
stapled to the rear. It all holds odors. My car had a smoker in it.
Now you can't tell.
