The switch, probably. They generally blow apart and most owners (or quite a 
few anyway) leave it that way because it doesn't provide much light.

Interior lights - The back dome light works when set on "door" mode, but

Sounds like the wires for the front and/or rear light are off. When they are 
hooked up right they don't "seem" right. I would search the archives with 
google and you should be able to find the right wire combination.
