[DML] DMCNews Website Updates

I've just added several tech articles on www.dmcnews.com.  
http://www.dmcnews.com/techmain.htm . Some of this was directly submitted by subscribers, some is condensed from the list. Some is moved from the files/photos section of the Yahoo page because it's getting too full and I have to delete things. Feel free to submit directly.

some help.
