What do you mean by "jumped" compressor? If you mean the switch on
the accumulator bottle (inside right front wheel) then all that's
could be is the switch itself or the (lack of) refirgerant. If that's
not what you mean, try jumping it there.
When you jumped it did the system get cold? If not, there's no freon
in it or something is seriously plugged.
You said the compressor is new - is it now R12 or R134? What was
done in the process of changing the compressor (i.e. plug&pray or did
the system get properly flushed, orifice tube changed, tested, etc.)?
