This is a warning to heed when replacing the O2 sensor, including the use  of 
anti-seize. It's ok to get this stuff on the threads, but don't get it on the 
 sensor itself.  Don't worry about using it elsewhere.
 
BTW, if the o-ring is present under the fuel distributor and the idle motor  
pipe is positioned correctly, silicone should be unnecessary.  It will also  
make things more difficult the next time you have to remove the pipe.
