Did you remove the stock fuel meter housing? IMHO,
this item is restrictive (Well, the whole intake is!)
and you will see an improvement with it removed.
The last EFI DeLorean discussed on the DML had a
custom intake manifold too. Maybe you want to
investigate something like that?
Good luck! I am glad to see some more people doing
EFI conversions on the DeLorean. With any luck, it
will be a well documented process that others can
copy.
