All else being equal, a gas flap hood is more valuable to me than
one without the flap.  It is much more convenient to use than 
raising the hood every time you need a fill.  The problem is,
all else is rarely equal.  The other problem is, the value is 
determined by the buyer, not the seller, so it really doesn't
matter what the seller says.
