Phil - In looking at the wiring diagram, the only thing that comes
to mind is that the fan motors have capacitors to ground for noise
suppression (probably), and perhaps the capacitors are bleeding off
a charge into ground that is back-feeding into the FV when power is
removed from the main fan power feed. I don't see any obvious
connections other than that. I have never noticed this behavior
before in Winged1. Hmmm. An experiment might be in order!
