Paul, I took some detailed photos when I replaced the TAB's in my
automatic. They are under the photos section on page 2 "Toby TAB Install"

Provided your tabs are not seized in place, it's not to terribly
difficult of a job if you have decent mechanical skills. Also air
tools will greatly help speed along the process.
