My easy out saved me when I broke off three spark plugs (originals, never had 
been replaced) when trying to get them out of the PRV.   The easy out took 
out what was left of the plugs in a matter of minutes.   Now I know to use 
penetrating oil the day before, but the easy out from Sears was a lifesaver.
