[DML] Vac Hose was Re: Just installed new water pump

There is one (the largest one on the top) opening on the cannister that
normally has a rubber cap over it. On every car I've seen the cap is
dried out and/or falling off. This sounds like a common way to make a
new cap. In other words, its OK.
