[DML] What parts should I carry with me?

I have been interested in putting together a small emergency tool kit
to keep in my Delorean so while I am on the road, I have common items.
 The problem is that I have no idea what to put into this kit and
that's where you guys come in.

I purchased a 248 piece mechanics tool set from Sears last year and it
has all sizes of sockets, wrenches and allan keys.  I plan on buying
those small 'row nub' socket holders to put in the car.

What sockets should I keep in the car at all times?  Wrenches?  What
else should I always have that isn't a tool?  I currently keep a
fully-charged jump pack in my lock box and a portable tire inflator in
my bonnet.
