[DML] A-Pillar replacement WITHOUT removing window??

Is there any "TRICKS" to replacing the a-pillars WITHOUT removing the 
windshield?

On a car I recently bought the ONLY thing the interior needs is new a-
pillars. The P.O. replaced the windshield with a NOS early style 
windshield antenna no less. 

I have new a-pillars to install, just was wondering if there is some 
way they can be replaced WITHOUT hurting the window, or removing the 
window?

Any tips or hints would be great, I'm open to suggestions.
